Land Development Design
We provide complete civil engineering design services for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use developments. Services include site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, access planning, parking layout, and preparation of construction documents for permitting and construction.
Due Diligence & Feasibility Studies
Successful projects begin with informed decisions. We assist clients with site feasibility evaluations, utility availability assessments, environmental due diligence coordination, development constraint analysis, permitting considerations, stormwater evaluations, and preliminary site planning to help identify opportunities and potential challenges before design begins.
Permitting & Agency Coordination
Our team routinely coordinates with local governments, utility providers, FDOT, SWFWMD, and other regulatory agencies throughout Florida. We prepare permit applications, respond to review comments, and work collaboratively with reviewing agencies to help projects obtain approvals efficiently.
Infrastructure Improvements
We provide engineering services for utility, drainage, stormwater, and related infrastructure improvement projects for both public and private clients. Our experience includes utility extensions, relocations, system upgrades, drainage improvements, stormwater retrofits, and other infrastructure projects requiring practical engineering solutions and regulatory coordination.
Utility & Stormwater Design
We provide design and permitting services for potable water, sanitary sewer, reclaimed water, and stormwater management systems serving both public and private developments. Our experience includes utility extensions, relocations, force mains, lift stations, stormwater management facilities, and related infrastructure improvements. Construction Administration
During construction, we assist clients by reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responding to requests for information, attending project meetings, reviewing pay applications, conducting site observations, and preparing record drawings when required. We also provide constructability input and value engineering recommendations to support efficient project delivery.
