Otero Engineering was founded in 1998 by Charles A. Otero, P.E., to provide professional civil engineering services specializing in civil engineering design, permitting, and consulting related to infrastructure improvements.

Otero Engineering has successfully worked on projects ranging from small outparcels to large, multi-use developments, as well as public sector projects. As a locally owned and operated firm, we are intimately familiar with the local development community and regulatory review process and have extensive experience with municipalities throughout the state of Florida.
